You have to ask yourselves, Boston, is this really necessary?

Laying on the car horn for a full minute in a crowded intersection with no possibility of moving in the next half hour ... what are you hoping to accomplish, owner of the '99 Mitsubishi Eclipse? If you compare an orchestra of blaring car horns to Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 26, you might enjoy the intersection of Charles St. and Cambridge in Boston. It's the most terrific display of chaos I've seen since Halloween in Madison. I really do think Boston residents love a good car-horn-blaring-contest, and I think they may even feel it serves some kind of higher purpose. Like direct communication with God his/herself ...
